So, what is the Overhead Door Anywhere App? It is essentially a garage door opener app that allows you to remotely monitor and open your garage door from anywhere in the world. The app is Apple and Android compatible and can be downloaded from the Apple Store or Google Play Store. You can download it on either your phone or tablet for easy use and access. The technology and the app is easily installed and is also compatible with most of our model garage door openers and even some that are not by the Overhead Door brand. This makes it easy to incorporate into your current technology that is installed.
What Can You Do with the App?
One of the best things about the app is that you can check it to find out instantly if the garage door is open or closed. If you have ever left your home and could not remember if you left the garage door open, you may have begun to stress and even turned around. Those days are in the past now because you can check it by simply checking your app. You can even close the garage door through the app if you did leave it open. It doesn’t matter how close or far you are. The app also makes it possible for you to check the usage history of your garage door to make sure there is not suspicious activity. If you are expecting a delivery or even have friends coming over and you are not home, you can open the garage door for them without giving out your keyless entry access code. This allows you to keep your home safer with some simple technology. OHD Anywhere allows you to control up to three garage doors using the app and with the controller so there is no need for additional technology or devices. Another benefit is that you can give up to 20 people access to the account. That means you can provide it to your spouse, parents, and anyone else that needs access.
